You get to choose what ever cuts you fancy and how thick you want them cut. You get to customize your whole or half beef just the way you want it.

You can expect to pay between: $2100 – $2200 out the door for a 1/2 That gets you 200-250 lbs take home beef 🥩 on average.

• $600 – $700 butchers fees on avg.
• $1.60 per lb cut and wrap fee.
• Los Molinos Meats butcher: No charge for boxes.
• Box 📦 charges: A&R Charges additional $3 box fee per box and they refund you for the boxes if & when you return them, or you can bring your own ice chests. (5-6 ice large chests to fit a whole beef). The other two butchers the butcher boxes 📦 are included.
• A&R meats butcher shop has a additional $25 fuel survive charge butcher fee & the other two butchers do not.
• Usually takes 5-6 boxes for a 1/2 beef order.
• You have the option to bring your own ice chests and not have to pay the A&R box deposit if you so choose.

• $9.75 – $10.25 a lb on average for everything out the door.

• Box 📦 charges: A&R Charges additional $3 box fee per box and they refund you for the boxes if & when you return them, or you can bring your own ice chests. (5-6 ice large chests to fit a whole beef). The other two butchers the butcher boxes 📦 are included.

You can expect to get your order back from the butcher 2-3 weeks after your animal is harvested.

We have standing scheduled harvest dates with our butchers all year long.

Harvest dates are on a first come first serve basis after you get your deposit to us. Our lead time is usually 1 – 3 weeks out to get on our schedule to get a harvest date depending on what time of the year it is. After you get your harvest date.

After your animal is harvested the butcher will call you to get your custom cut preferences from you. Then it will take the butcher 2 – 3 weeks for them to hang your beef 🥩 (Dry Age) then cut & your beef for you.

The butcher will then call you when your order is ready to be picked up. If you can’t make it up that week or the week after to pick up your order no worries they will hold it in their walk in until you’re able to make it to pick up your order.

$3700 – $3800 out the door for a Whole. That gets you 400-500lbs take home beef 🥩 on average.

Everyone has to make the trip to come pick up their order from the butcher when their order is ready to be picked up.
