I appreciated his quick responses to all of my various questions.... read more The meat is delicious and buying in bulk makes it extremely affordable.  The Los Molinos Butcher was great and patiently walked us through the variety of cuts. They also delivered all of the meat to my husband at the Red Bluff airport. They were awesome.  Most importantly we are happy to support a sustainably sourced grass fed beef that is also more humane for the animal.  Thank you!

					Travis, I thought I would touch base with you to let you know about the beef I got.  It weighed in at 725 pounds initially, and it weighed about... read more 430 pounds all cut up.  That includes the organ meet.  So far we have tried the ribeye, cattleman's cut, and top sirloin.  All the cuts were all good and tasty.  Of course the ribeye were very tender.  The hamburgers are among the best we have ever had.  I could eat them all day long.  Thanks to you and your family for supplying us with such a wonderful animal.

					From the start I knew I chose the best in the business. Quick response and everything was lined out on from day one. Most fear grass fed and finished beef... read more is extremely “gamey” not the case. My only complaint is I only ordered a Half Cow. I will be placing another order this time a full cow. As far as pricing goes good luck finding a better deal and best of all I know what I’m eating. Let’s not forget about the butcher (the finished product) I hope they keep this company for the next one. She was beyond helpful in my selection of meat cuts and explained everything in great detail. The pickup was a ease and everything was vacuum sealed ready to go not butcher paper wrapped. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thanks TX Bar Grassfed  -Seth Laam Redding CA

					This was our first time in purchasing bulk grass-fed beef. I did a lot of research and Travis and his team at TX Bar kept showing up with high marks.... read more Their website is full of great information and the whole process could be easily handled over the website. I had some dumb questions and contacted Travis and he explained the entire process very simply and gracefully. We went with the whole beef and selected Los Molinos Meat for the butcher. Travis let us know when the "harvest date" was and then Tara at Los Molinos Meats contacted us to go through the cut list. Again, since it was our first time we didn't really know the options and she explained them step by step. I picked up the cut and wrapped beef yesterday and everything went very smoothly. We set out a package of filets for last nights dinner and I grilled them with just a bit of salt and pepper so we could get the taste of the beef. It was EXCELLENT! Can't wait to get into some of the other cuts but I am confident they will be the same. The picture is of our 17cuft freezer and doesn't show 120lbs of ground beef that we put in another freezer (took another shelf and a half). Great job and thank you to Travis and his team and Los Molinos Meats!
