Why the Long Lead Time?
Our beef isn’t sitting in a warehouse, it’s still on pasture. We raise all of our cattle slowly and naturally, which takes time. Once you place your order, we schedule processing with our local butchers. Then we age, cut, and package the beef to your exact specifications, no shortcuts. This level of care means you get high-quality, grassfed beef, but it also means you can’t expect to order today and pick up tomorrow.
Don’t Wait Until Your Freezer’s Empty
We’ve had more than a few folks reach out saying, “I just opened the freezer and we’re out — can I pick up beef next week?” And we hate having to say no. So if you think your freezer will be running low in the next 3-4 months, now is the time to place your order. Waiting means waiting, and we don’t want you or your family to go without.
Here’s What to Do:
- Place your deposit today for a whole or half beef.
- We’ll confirm your processing timeline.
- You’ll pick up your beef once it’s ready, aged, cut, and packed just the way you want it.

Want to plan even further ahead?
You can book your beef 4-6 months, a year, or even a couple of years in advance. Doing so also locks in your beef price, even if market prices rise later on.
