A half beef is great for families and requires 6-10 cubic feet of freezer space. A whole beef offers the best value per pound and requires 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space. Each order comes with steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more, all cut by skilled local butchers.
3. Place Your Deposit Online
Most ranchers, including us, require a deposit to reserve your order. This covers your spot for the next harvest date since our beef is still on pasture, not sitting in a warehouse. A half beef requires a $975 deposit, and a whole beef requires a $1,650 deposit. Once reserved, we’ll confirm your timeline and processing details.
4. Processing & Butchering
At this stage, the butcher will call you to get your butcher cut preferences. All beef is custom cut and vacuum-sealed by trusted local butchers we’ve worked with for years. You’ll get the right mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef to keep your freezer stocked.
5. Pick Up Only
When your beef is ready, you will receive one final call from the butcher to inform you. Either way, it’s straightforward, and your order will be frozen, sealed, and ready for storage.
