Reserve a Whole Beef“It weighed in at 725 pounds initially, and about 430 pounds all cut up. The ribeye, cattleman’s cut, and top sirloin, all of it was tasty. The hamburgers are among the best we have ever had.”

A Few Things Worth Knowing
- For half beef orders we partner you with another buyer who wants the other half, this keeps costs down for everyone.
- Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your order.
- The butcher fee is based on hanging weight. Your butcher will explain exactly how this works when they call you after harvest.
- We only harvest with a full beef order, so half beef spots are first-come, first-served.
