I had some dumb questions and contacted Travis and he explained the entire process very simply and gracefully. We went with the whole beef and selected Los Molinos Meat for the butcher. Travis let us know when the "harvest date" was and then Tara at Los Molinos Meats contacted us to go through the cut list. Again, since it was our first time we didn't really know the options and she explained them step by step. I picked up the cut and wrapped beef yesterday and everything went very smoothly. We set out a package of filets for last nights dinner and I grilled them with just a bit of salt and pepper so we could get the taste of the beef. It was EXCELLENT! Can't wait to get into some of the other cuts but I am confident they will be the same. The picture is of our 17cuft freezer and doesn't show 120lbs of ground beef that we put in another freezer (took another shelf and a half). Great job and thank you to Travis and his team and Los Molinos Meats!
